A GROWING legal firm has appointed an experienced solicitor to its West Cumbrian team.
Natalie Henderson, from Seaton, has joined Bendles Solicitors which works with clients across North and West Cumbria.
Natalie is part of the firm’s Whitehaven team, based in Lowther Street, and brings Private Client expertise in Wills, trusts and probate. Her appointment comes as Bendles continues to expand to support a growing client base across West Cumbria.
Natalie said: “I’m delighted to be starting the next chapter of my career with Bendles.
“The firm’s commitment to providing an excellent service to clients is what motivates me. Having access to a quality, locally based solicitor who can give you practical, expert advice is essential when people are making significant personal decisions.
“For me, being able to work in Whitehaven and support clients across West Cumbria is hugely rewarding. West Cumbria is where I’m from, and I’m passionate about helping local people with clear, straightforward legal advice they can trust.”
After graduating from the University of Cumbria, Natalie achieved her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Northumbria University in Newcastle. She then completed her training contract with Brockbanks Solicitors before joining Cartmell Shepherd Solicitors where she worked for six years.
As well as Whitehaven, Bendles has offices in Wigton and Carlisle and employs more than 60 people across the three sites.
Megan Graham, Partner at Bendles and Head of the Whitehaven office, said: “Natalie’s appointment adds real strength to our Private Client offering, particularly as our client base in West Cumbria continues to grow.
“Her local knowledge, professionalism and commitment to providing clear, compassionate advice make her an excellent addition to the team. As we expand our services across Cumbria, her expertise will play an important role in supporting clients.”
Established as a family firm more than 200 years ago, Bendles offers expertise in personal and business law for clients across North and West Cumbria. The firm acquired Whitehaven-based Bleasdale & Co Solicitors in 2022.
