A top performing estate agency scooped a brace of accolades at a prestigious international awards ceremony.
The Cumbrian branch of estate agents Fine & Country was named the best office for providing PR and marketing exposure to its clients from the company’s 300 locations worldwide, and was also crowned the best operating site in the North West.
It is the third year running the location has won the PR Award at Fine & Country’s Annual Conference and Awards Gala in recognition of the team’s success in securing the most media coverage through advertising or news articles for its clients.

The team was also triumphant in the North West Award with judges praising the Cumbria branch for its all-round service and high level of knowledge of the buying, selling and lettings market.
Fine & Country Cumbria Managing Director Louisa Thomson, Head of Sales Harriet Reid and Valuer James Slack picked up the awards at the annual two-day conference held at The Brewery, in London.
