A businesswoman who ‘took a punt’ by joining forces with a luxury global property brand to open its only office in Scotland during the Covid pandemic is celebrating a major success.
Louisa Thomson has powered her Fine & Country licence from new kid on the block to one of Scotland’s top three single office estate agencies.
The business – which offers premium properties for sale or rent across Dumfries & Galloway and the Scottish Borders – consistently leads the way for instructions and sales.
Now it has reached new heights – after a panel of 80 industry experts from the UK Property Awards appraised every element of the business and declared it one of Scotland’s best.
